Gj99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules & Usage Policy for Malaysia

01Introduction & Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the online casino platform GJ99, accessible via our official website and mobile app. GJ99 provides a wide range of online entertainment services including slots, Live Casino, table games, jackpots, and e-sports betting.

02Member Eligibility

03Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the platform GJ99. 04Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for standard accounts; however, new accounts may be subject to temporary limits until the identity verification process is complete.

All deposits are final and non-reversible once confirmed by the system GJ99. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct deposit amount before confirming the transaction. GJ99 is not responsible for errors made by members during the deposit process.

05Withdrawals

Member GJ99 may request a real money withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (or a method verified under the same member's name).
• Withdrawal requests that have met all bonus rollover requirements will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes for standard amounts.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional identity verification and can take up to 24 hours to process.
• Gj99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal requests for the purposes of fraud investigation or monitoring of suspicious activity.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by GJ99 — including a welcome bonus of up to RM288, cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for Malaysian festivities — are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

The general terms applicable to all gj99 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified time frame. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover within that period will expire automatically.
• Gj99 reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of fraud, multi-accounting, or breach of the terms of use.

07Game Rules

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits

• Permanent self-exclusion (irrevocable for a minimum of 1 year)

Once an account is closed at a member's request, any remaining real-money balance that meets withdrawal requirements will be processed and returned within 5 business days.

GJ99 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by members arising from:

• Technical disruptions beyond gj99's control, including internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Fair and random game outcomes that do not favour any member.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own failure to safeguard their password.
• Losses arising from the use of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the member.
• Delays in the withdrawal process due to additional security verification requirements.

11Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by GJ99 governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is accessible at gj99 Privacy Policy page. That Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read together with this document.

In summary, GJ99 is committed to:

• Not selling or sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Using your data solely for the purposes of service delivery, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

It is the member's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of our Terms & Conditions. The "Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the last amendment was made.

Continued use of the platform GJ99 after any amendment shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

13Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a member and GJ99, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.

Members agree that any legal action relating to the use of the platform GJ99 must be submitted within a maximum of one (1) year from the date of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
